TECHNICAL RECRUITER

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

As our organisation continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to strengthen our recruitment team. At our office in Emmeloord, you will work alongside a team of 4 to 5 recruiters. Our recruitment network goes beyond the Netherlands: you will also work closely with recruitment colleagues based in countries such as Poland and Romania. As a Technical Recruiter, you will focus specifically on recruiting skilled professionals for technical positions. You will take responsibility for finding qualified candidates across Europe and connecting them with the right opportunities within our organisation. You will use our existing candidate database, but your search does not stop there. You actively explore external job boards, professional networks and other sourcing channels, while developing your own strategy for reaching and engaging technical professionals.

  •  Maintaining contact with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process
  •  Working closely with colleagues to understand current and future recruitment needs
  •  Actively sourcing and headhunting skilled technical professionals across Europe
  •  Searching our existing candidate database and identifying suitable technical candidates
  •  Developing your own sourcing strategy to reach candidates through job boards, networks and other relevant recruitment channels
  •  Proactively approaching passive candidates rather than relying solely on incoming applications
  •  Conducting interviews and assessing candidates' experience, skills, motivation and suitability for available technical positions
  •  Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of technical professionals
  •  Matching candidates with vacancies based on their experience, technical skills and our clients' requirements
  •  Keeping up with the technical labour market and identifying new countries, platforms and opportunities for recruitment
  •  Contributing ideas to continuously improve our sourcing and recruitment approach

YOUR PROFILE

  •  Speaking one or more additional languages is an advantage
  •  You have proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within technical recruitment or the staffing industry
  •  You are comfortable searching beyond the usual channels and finding new ways to reach skilled professionals
  •  You have experience with active sourcing and headhunting
  •  You have a good command of English, both spoken and written
  •  You have a category B driving licence
  •  You have affinity with technical profiles, enabling effective communication and assessment of candidates in technical fields
  •  You have a results-oriented mindset with the ability to identify candidate motivations and align them effectively with client requirements
  •  You enjoy working in an international environment and are comfortable communicating with people from different backgrounds

WE OFFER

  •  A full-time position based at our office in Emmeloord, the Netherlands
  •  A salary of €X.XXX - €X.XXX gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience
  •  Holiday pay and a non-contributory pension
  •  A travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometre for commuting, starting from a one-way distance of 10 kilometres
  •  25 days of annual leave based on full-time employment
  •  Working hours from 08:30 to 17:00, 5 days per week

We can hire nationals of EU/EEA countries and Switzerland, as well as individuals who hold a valid Dutch residence permit with work authorization (for example, a permit stating "arbeid vrij toegestaan"). Please note: a residence or work permit issued by another EU country does not automatically grant the right to work in the Netherlands. We are currently unable to provide visa or work permit sponsorship.
